"Worse seeds ever. We had the seeds spread back in the fall . We followed the proper instructions for reseeding also used compost . No sign off germination at all. We thought maybe by the spring time will see some greens. Unfortunately not. We waste money and time. Company refused even to give us partial refund. So please stay away to save your time and money."

"I purchased this seed to overseed a thin, patchy lawn this Spring. I pre germinated about 20 lbs of seed for 5 days and then spread it using milorganite as a carrier. The soil temps were still a little cool (46 degrees) but the seed still germinated in about 5 days. I did quick 5 to 10 minute watering sessions 2 or 3 times a day, depending on cloud cover and daytime temperatures. Overall, the seed had an excellent germination rate, even with the cooler soil temperatures. I was curious about how quickly the seed would germinate in ideal soil temps so I did a little experiment. I put some seed in between a moist paper towel and stuck it in a plastic bag. The seeds germinated in 3 days! This fall I’m going to do a complete lawn renovation and kill my existing grass and replace it with this seed. I would highly recommend this seed to anyone who wants quick, high germination rates and a lawn that is lush and green."

- I live in NC. It usually takes about 3 weeks for the grass to start to come up. I water it everyday. Make sure the seed doesn't dry out. It grows in strong and lush. But it did take about 3 weeks for it to come up.
