Shipping policy

We work extremely hard to make sure your order ships out as fast as possible while also taking care of your product as well. If your order is placed before 3:00 PM EST, we will ship your products the same day.  Orders received after 3:00 PM may be shipped the following business day.  

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have shipped.  Once your order has shipped, you can contact the carrier to reroute your shipment using your tracking number.  If you have your order rerouted back to our facility, there will be a restocking fee equal to the shipping fees incurred.

Free Shipping on orders $39+ is offered if possible based on the products within your order.  
West coast states carry an additional shipping surcharge to cover the difference in shipping cost.
