"Not happy! I planted 10# of seed over 2 weeks ago and very little of it has grown! This was used on some bare spots and overseeding. I completed a soil test before planting for a soil analysis. I spread a light coat of top soil over the seeded bare spots. Very Disappointed!"
Phenomenal
"I’m leaving this review cause I am shocked by the low reviews of the product and wanted to explain the best way to use it. First of all Titan RX is made in Georgia for Georgia. It’s a super durable and heat/drought resistant tall fescue with a beautiful dark green blade. This stuff is amazing and I won’t buy anything else. I planted this with no aeration on a steep hill on top of rock hard red clay and rock and ugly crabgrass - and this just filled right out and turned my lawn into a beautiful landscape. I started out with a small test area and dedicated the whole season to that area before applying it to the whole lawn. I planted fall of 2023. It came in beautiful, then, as expected went brown and dormant in the summer. Then I overseeded fall of 2024 and it all came back looking amazing. With that overseed I also established the rest of the lawn. Everything, both the initial test area and the crabgrass crappy red clay yard turned into a beautiful fescue lawn. So I won’t worry this summer when it goes brown. It’ll be dormant but fall of 2025 I’ll overseed everything and given the results of the test area I know the whole lawn will come back beautifully. With all that in mind, stick to this advise when planting this product. Plant in fall. October 1st for North GA. Before planting, lay down a super black, rich, moist top soil. Honestly, I wouldn’t even remove the weeds. You don’t need all that horrible weed killer stuff working against your soil profile. Just lay the top soil right on top of everything and spread it out. Spread the titan RX on super thick. Make sure every inch is covered. It’s ok if seed is on top of seed. Better go heavy than light. Fertilize it. Don’t overthink this part. Just get some of that liquid stuff you can attach to your hose. Water everyday. Water it lightly at first, always keeping the seeds and soil wet but never drenched so the seeds don’t wash away. When it germinates freaking drown your soil in water. Make sure your soil is soaking freaking wet. So wet the sun can’t dry it up in a couple hours. Do this everyday for weeks. If you do all this and wait three weeks, your lawn will establish in full."

"Earlier in the year I had a lawn company lay all new sod. That totally failed, and they refused to own up to it. I threw on my "aeration shoes", the kind with big spikes that wear you out walking the yard, punched a million holes and dropped a whole bag of Titan Rx seed. 3 weeks later, WOW, 70%+ coverage already and looking better than ever. I'm a believer now in TitanRx. (ps, only 3-4 hours of sun a day, too)"
