Impending EXCITEMENT!!!
"I have recently been ordering my lawn products from Lawn Synergy. Recently (2mos ago) applied Soil Acidifier to lower ph levels in my soil, starting to see some growth/green back in my lawn. Will apply again first week of September prior to reseeding in late September with Envy Tall Fescue blend, I'm excited to see results come next Spring and Summer. My lawn has had a mixture of grasses over the years, looking forward to continuing with LawnSynergy to cultivate a nice plush lawn."
New lawn
"Pictures are from one week after seeding a new lawn for a renovation. Lots of germination in 7 days. Can’t wait for it to fill in."
I'm putting the seed down
"I'm putting the seed down end of August for overseeding. I'm expecting great things!"
Great seeds
"These came out so good. I reseeded my yards using a tiller, pre emergent and starter fertilizer prior to spreading them. Follow the instructions and you will see results. I live in Zone 6-9 so you want to spread them at the end of Fall season and never in Summer."
Have not used the Envy
"Have not used the Envy grass seed as of now, waiting for early fall to put it down. Can't wait to see how it performs. Thanks Lou."
Lawn Synergy Envy Grass Seed
"Had to really work the bare spot area, dethatch, prepare soil. layer with peat moss, spread seed, raked it in! Watered twice a day for two weeks and grass came up! Lot of Hard Work, make sure you have a cooler and get a beer between the work! Nice Blade Grass and Really Green - No Weeds! Thanks, Tagg Shiley"
I spread it as directed
"I spread it as directed then raked in as directed. None of the seed came up. I watered twice a day for 20 mins each. Not sure what I did wrong, but that’s an expensive mistake if I did. Went ahead and got the Pennington Smart Seed Pro instead and have not had an issues with it."

Q&A
- Do the three different fescue seeds germinate at different rates or basically all the same
- They will typically germinate around the same time
- I live in zip code 27571. Can you lay down fertilizer at the same time you lay down the tall fescue envy grass seeds?
- We tilled up the lawn, spread peat moss, and an initial fertilizer, spread the seed and then simply raked it to cover the seed a little
- I live in zip code 27571. Can you lay down fertilizer at the same time you lay down the tall fescue envy grass seeds?
- Yes, I would recommend applying a starter fertilizer
- I have seeded about 3 weeks ago. Grass is a mix of heights at about 1.5 to over 4 inches. When should I mow to not hurt the new grass.
- Try and wait another week. Then back off watering so that you can run a mower over the soil without tearing it up. Just take your time since the new seedlings will be tender. Apply Almighty 20-0-10 Lawn Fertilizer in the next two weeks to push it along.
- I live in zip code 93422, gets hot in the summer, mostly sun with some afternoon shade
- Envy would be a great fit for your area.
