Q&A
- Can I mix the starter with the seed to make spreading faster?
- No, you should apply one at a time for a even application.
- In the past I used lesco, a very pretty grass but I stop because it has nut grass (nutsedge) in it. Everybody i knew used it had the same problem, I wanted to know have this problem ben resolved.
- I am unfamiliar with this issue. I would recommend treating nutsedge with a post emergent herbicide and monitoring moisture levels so as to not create favorable conditions for this ****.
- How long before sprouts
- 7-10 days if installed and prepaired correctly
- Does this grow in clumps l don’t like grass that grows in clumps
- Tall fescue grows in clumps. However, when installed correctly, you will not see any clumps and enjoy a nice dense dark green lawn.
- I live in dallas Texas and I want to know if this tall fescue grass is recommended to survive the heat and cold all year round,,, I had Bermuda grass but I have trees it does not survive and I would like you to recommend me one that is for the whole year and that is tolerant to little sun and shade
- You can plant tall fescue but it is certainly going to struggle during the summer months in Texas. It may be better to enlarge the bed under the tree.
