Dylox 6.2 Insecticide

Kills active grubs and other turf-damaging insects fast before they destroy your lawn.
  • Stops Active Grub Damage
  • Fast-Acting Curative Control
  • Controls Grubs, Sod Webworms & Surface-Feeding Insects
$95.99

Apply when active grubs or turf insects are present. Water in after application.

Product Description

If your lawn has brown patches that pull up easily like carpet, or you see skunks and raccoons digging at night, you may have active grub damage.

Dylox 6.2 Granular is a professional-grade curative insecticide designed to eliminate white grubs quickly — often within 24 hours of application.

When to Use Dylox

  • Visible grub damage is already present
  • Grubs are actively feeding near the surface
  • Late summer to early fall treatment
  • Emergency control is needed

Dylox is a curative product, not a season-long preventative.  For season long prevention, apply Acelepryn G

Why Dylox Works Fast

  • Quick knockdown of white grubs
  • Targets larvae feeding in the root zone
  • Granular formulation for even application
  • Trusted by turf professionals for rapid response

Once watered in, the active ingredient moves into the soil where grubs are feeding.

Application Instructions

  • Apply 2–3 lbs per 1,000 sq ft using a broadcast or drop spreader
  • Water thoroughly immediately after application
  • Treat when grubs are small and actively feeding
  • Keep people and pets off treated area until watered in and dry

Preventative vs Curative Grub Control

Dylox is best used when grub damage is already visible.

For season-long prevention before damage occurs, consider applying a preventative grub control product earlier in the summer.

Dylox 6.2 is the professional solution when immediate grub control is required.

Q&A

How long do I wait wait to reapply? I had a terrible case of grubs in my St Augustine grass in east Texas
It should **** all grubs if applied correctly at the labeled rate. If you are still seeing a grub infestation, apply again to prevent further damage.
What is the shelf life after opening the product
Hym I never gave that a thought. Interesting, well in my opinion since I’ve been using the product for almost 8 years as long as the product is kept dry either indoors or outdoors the shelf life is very good.(I store it in a job box outside)
What is the shelf life after opening the product
As long as it is stored in a dry place, you can apply again. Suggest applying it all in one application. If it is dry, it can be used again the following season.
What should I use for fall grub control, I purchased acelepryn but I think that should be used in the spring. Thanks
I would suggest Dylox
Can you provide spreader setting for Echo RB60 to apply Dylox 6.2 Insecticide Granular? Thank you
Sure, you should set your spreader at 4-4.5
